Aging testing for final inspection
Checked loading with around 65kgs
We inspect each lot of tempered glass impact by the hit machine. We use 1.6kg iron block to hit the galss panel from 50 cm high for 3 times.
After break test in an area of 5 x 5cm should have minimum 40 particles, and no sharp edges allowed.
